Correcting your listing details

Your name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services can be corrected. Send us the correct information along with proof, such as a link to your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we verify the correction, we update your listing. That correction stays in place through future data refreshes, so you only need to submit it once.

Disputing your score

Scores are never hand-edited. A score dispute is a claim that the underlying data is wrong, such as reviews assigned to the wrong business, a review matched to your profile by mistake, or a summary that misrepresents what reviewers actually wrote. When you dispute a score, we re-check the source data and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number; it is a correction of input data.

Requesting removal

We remove listings for businesses that are permanently closed, duplicate listings for the same business, or businesses outside garage building. Our monthly verification process also catches and removes closed businesses automatically. If your business is active and in scope, your accurate listing will not be removed, and we will explain why if you ask.

How long responses take

Every request gets a response within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are completed within 7 days. If we decline a request, we tell you why.
