Ontario Garage Builders Directory is an independent directory of garage builders businesses in Ontario, published by Ontario Garage Builders. Listings and scores are derived from publicly available review data under a fixed, published rubric; the full method is set out on our our rubric page. By using the site you accept the terms below.

What listings and scores mean

A listing or a high score here is not an endorsement. It is a summary of public review data at the time we processed it. Details go stale, businesses change hands, and reviews can be wrong, so verify anything that matters (credentials, pricing, availability) with the business itself before you commit. The site is provided for information only and we do not warrant that it is complete or current.

Enquiries and referral fees

We may pass your enquiry to a listed business or a partner, and we may be paid a referral fee when that happens. Referral fees have no effect on scores or rankings, which come from the published rubric applied to public review data and cannot be bought or adjusted.

Corrections, disputes, and removals

Corrections, score disputes, and removal requests for listed businesses are handled through the listing policy, which sets out what qualifies and how to submit a request.

What you may not do

You may browse the site and contact listed businesses through it for genuine enquiries. You may not scrape or republish the compiled directory content, submit false or misleading enquiries through the forms, interfere with the site’s operation, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

Editorial content, scores, and the compiled directory are the property of Ontario Garage Builders. We do not claim ownership of the public reviews the analysis is derived from (those remain with their authors), nor of any business name or trademark that appears in a listing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ontario Garage Builders accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from use of the site, reliance on its information, or any engagement you enter into with a listed business. Any contract you form with a business is yours and theirs alone. Liability that the law does not allow to be excluded is not excluded.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, and any dispute about them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.

Updates to these terms

These terms can change. The version on this page, dated above, is the one in force, and using the site after an update means you accept it. If anything here is unclear, contact the publisher contact details on the about page.
